Bombay takes pride in its chaat, be it Bhel, SevPuri, Dahi Puri or the most loved Vada Pav. These stand testament to Bombay’s creativity and innovation with food. The part-soggy-part-crispy, sweet and spicy nature of Bombay Chaat is a great accompaniment to early evening socialising and chatter. To highlight this versatility, we’ve created the concept of the Bombay Chaat House this September and October, in which our chefs would be working with seasonal and some unique ingredients and give Bombay chaat a new face and edge.
